LOS LUNAS SCHOOLS BOARD OF EDUCATION NOTICE OF CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION TO BE HELD: FEBRUARY 21, 2023

If you are an individual with a disability who is in need of a reader, amplifier, qualified sign language interpreter, or any other form of auxiliary aid or service, to attend or participate in the hearing or meeting, please contact the Superintendent’s Office (865-9636) at least one week prior to the meeting or as soon as possible. Agendas for LLS BoE meetings are available in the Superintendent’s Office (119 Luna Ave) 72 hours prior to the meeting and posted on the LLS District Website.

A quorum of the Los Lunas Schools Board of Education will participate in a Closed Executive Session on February 21, 2023 beginning at 5:00 pm. It will take place in the Central Office Conference Room located at 119 Luna Avenue, Los Lunas, NM 87031. The purpose of the Closed Executive Session will be for attorney - client privilege pertaining to threatened and/or pending litigation: specifically, discussion with legal counsel regarding the status of pending or threatened litigation for a threatened complaint by social media group [Pursuant to Section 10-15-1(H)(7) NMSA]

No action will be taken nor will other topics be discussed.
