NOTICE OF CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION
AUGUST 8, 2023

If you are an individual with a disability who is in need of a reader, amplifier, qualified sign language interpreter, or any other form of auxiliary aid or service, to attend or participate in the hearing or meeting, please contact the Superintendent’s Office (865-9636) at least one week prior to the meeting or as soon as possible. Agendas for LLS BoE meetings are available in the Superintendent’s Office (119 Luna Ave) 72 hours prior to the meeting and posted on the LLS District Website.

Notice is hereby given that the Los Lunas Schools Board of Education will hold a Closed Executive Session on August 8, 2023 prior to the start of the Regular Board Meeting. The Closed Executive Session will begin at 5:00 pm. It will take place in the Central Office Conference Room located at 119 Luna Avenue, Los Lunas, NM 87031. The details are as follows:

CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

Los Lunas Schools Board of Education will participate in a Closed Executive Session on August 8, 2023 beginning at 5:00 pm for discussion of the following:

Limited Personnel Matters as permitted under Section 10-15-1(H)(2) of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act, as follows:

1. The terms of contract for newly hired Superintendent and process for transition into the position.

2. The terms of contract for Interim Superintendent and process for transition out of Interim role.
